Augusto Saenz

AUGUSTO SAENZ BIO: Augusto Saenz was born in Mexico City in 1972. He is a graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) where he received his bachelor’s degree in graphic design. In 2002, he arrived to Columbus Ohio looking to broaden his vision in the graphic design and multimedia fields and to pursue his dreams as an artist and entrepreneur. In 2003, he launched DG Motion Creative Services, his graphic design and photography business. Then, he created Zepia Memories as the prefered photography studio for the Latinos in 2006. Since then, he has developed this craft and has realized that photography has become his passion and favorite form of media. This motivated him to break into the general market and now he owns Augusto Saenz Photography and serves Columbus Ohio and surrounding suburbs.

When asked about his style, Augusto states, “We offer an exclusive high-end experience in photography, in a fun and creative way, reflecting the uniqueness of each customer”.

His images have appeared in the Who’s Who in Latino Columbus since 2009 as he continues to grow and innovate in his art.

In addition to shooting, Augusto is a Graphic Designer and an English Teacher. He also gives back to his community, collaborating with the Ohio Hispanic Coalition as an interpreter. Furthermore, Saenz leads his Sunday morning worship service as the Arts and Programming Director. He and his family play a multitude of instruments and lead worship through song.
